With the aim of supporting law enforcement authorities, ENV sent a correspondence this week to remind and explain to them about notable provisions of the Decree 103/2013/ND-CP (detailed by ENV in November), which details sanctions for violations against aquatic species and activities.
This Decree, issued by the government on September 12 to replace Decree 31/2010/ND-CP, contains clearer regulations on violations which make it easier for agencies to enforce the law.
