ENV volunteers making a REAL impact on wildlife protection

Great news today about one of our volunteers who previously joined one of our campaigns at Cuc Phuong National Park and was inspired to make an active contribution to wildlife protection in Vietnam.

Sep4-Volunteers making a real impact on wildlife protection

After discovering that her neighbor was keeping a loris, our volunteer explained that raising and keeping wildlife is illegal and ultimately persuaded the neighbor to transfer the primate to authorities. This afternoon, the loris arrived at its new home at the Endangered Primate Rescue Center (EPRC) in Cuc Phuong National Park after being looked after by the Vinh Phuc Forest Protection Department.

We love stories like this – dedicated volunteers achieving practical results! With great support from our network of more than 3,800 volunteers across Vietnam, we know these successes will keep happening and hope more people will join us to protect local wildlife.
