ENV’s University Program Spreads the Word

This week the ENV mobile unit went to Hanoi University of Social Science and Humanities to hold a wildlife trade seminar. Nearly 100 students and lecturers attended the event, giving youngsters and elders alike the opportunity to discuss illegal wildlife trade issues in Vietnam, and what they can do to stop it.

The Mobile Unit also placed the wildlife crime banner in a prominent location on campus, where it will remain for the next few weeks. The banner discourages students from trading, keeping, or consuming wildlife, and tells them to report violations to ENV’s toll free wildlife crime hotline.
