As part of our ongoing campaign to engage with bear farmers in Vietnam, ENV has sent out a new flyer aimed at persuading farmers to cease all bear farming practices.
By highlighting the economic, legal and social consequences of bear farming, the flyer sets out compelling reasons for bear farmers to immediately stop these cruel and illegal practices.
Every month, bear farmers in Vietnam receive a message from ENV as a continual reminder to cease bear farming. Some English language translations of the materials provided to farmers are pictured below. ENV has been developing and distributing these letters and materials for more than two years now as part of our campaign to phase out bear farming in Vietnam.
