Police report having seized approximately a kilogram of rhino horn pieces from a traditional medicine doctor in Binh Phuoc province. The enforcement action resulted from information provided by an informant to ENV through the National Wildlife Crime Hotline on the 25th of November.
The informant reported that a local TCM doctor was trying to sell rhino horn. Police were alerted immediately and the arrest occurred on the 27th. Police are having the pieces of horn tested to verify their authenticity.
