We had a fun and busy weekend with awareness raising activities in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. On November 14, our team in Ho Chi Minh cooperated with RMIT University’s CAN club & drama club to host a wildlife trade talk entitled “Score a goal for wildlife”.
Dozens of students were engaged to share their ideas on wildlife protection and took part in a bear performance. After the event, our Wildlife Protection Volunteer Network welcomed nine new members.
In Hanoi, with support from volunteers, we organized a rhino exhibit at Bach Thao Park on November 15. Many local residents living around the park participated in our exhibit to answer surveys and learn about rhinos by taking away leaflets and posters to share the information with their friends and family.
