In an attempt to prevent rhino traffickers from gaining rhino hunting permits, South Africa and Vietnam have agreed to exchange the names of registered hunters.

Vietnam is a major destination for smuggled rhino horns from South Africa, with 7Kg of horns being seized by Vietnamese custom officers in the last few days alone.
